Maxwell Yearick Charged with Attempted Homicide

Two Videos Emerge Showing Suspect Firing Shots

Law enforcement officials have identified Maxwell Yearick, 30, as the suspect in the shooting at a former President Donald Trump rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday night.

Yearick, a resident of Perry South, is facing charges of attempted homicide and aggravated assault. He was taken into custody shortly after the shooting, which occurred outside a venue where Trump was holding a rally.

Two videos posted on social media and verified by The New York Times appear to show Yearick firing shots from a building rooftop just outside the venue. Law enforcement sources at the scene confirmed that the shooter was positioned on the rooftop.

Yearick has a history of involvement in violent incidents and has been known to law enforcement for his volatile behavior.

The shooting has raised concerns about security at political rallies and the potential for violence at future events.
